This is a historic site with a marker out front showing it survived the flood of 1900. I enjoyed the old school charm and layout. It was a beautiful home divided into several apartments. Would definitely recommend to folks who appreciate the authenticity that only time can provide. This place didn’t have a TV but who needs that when you are visiting the beach?!?

I loved everything about the property there were a lot of interesting details and features of the home that you don’t find in modern hotels. I personally loved the actual “doorbell” a bell mounted on the inside of the house with a knob on the outside to rotate and activate the bell. It’s the little things.

The location was great. Bagram was very hospitable and showed us everything. The accommodation is on the first floor of his house and the single bed wouldn't suit a tall person but was fine for me so my son had the double bed. It's great value for money and we walked to the port in the morning (0.9 miles) which was ideal because an Uber would have been impossible at that time. Eating, supermarket etc are all within a 10 minute walk.

The layout. The bathroom was for our sole use but not ensuite ..... although that's a minor niggle.

"No free cruise parking as advertised"

Beware!! The Q&A states that free cruise parking is offered for the week. However, after I booked they told me they could not accommodate and would not offer a refund. This is bait and switch and the guy knows what he is doing.

The host gave me a tour of the space. It definitely has an old lovely feel that comes with the old houses. It’s clean, the hosts friendly and the space cozy and comfy.
