Quiet location near the Ocean

Very responsive host, as I booked very late, she answered me quickly! Lovely roofterrace overlooking the ocean! Quiet street with everything you need around!

Beautiful view. You can hear the sea.

The additional duvets weren't clean. And I needed them, because it got cold in the night and there was no heating in the apartment. Couch is not very comfortable and not very clean. Owner didn't respond to my messages. There is no backup plan, if you arrive for check-in after 20:00, you sleep on the street.

Great welcoming hosts! I had to book last minute because I’m on a cycling trip, and they were very accommodating. I paid the same amount of money for a hostel in Los Cristianos than I did here, and this place was huge and private.

The address of my accommodation (the 2 BR unit) was at a different address than the one listed on booking.com. I didn’t care at all, and it was nearby in another great location, but just something to keep in mind.

Booking this flat was an excellent choice! It’s truly amazing. The host is lovely, and check-in was a breeze. The apartment is bright, spacious, and features a wonderful terrace where the only sound you hear is the soothing murmur of the ocean. Everything is of high quality, and the kitchen is well-stocked with a nice selection of teas and good coffee. To top it all off, there’s an excellent restaurant right below the flat serving the best seafood on the island.

Nothing

When I arrived I phoned the property owner for instructions. She told me that there was no booking and no place to stay, so I had to find accommodation elsewhere. I requested a refund but the property owner has not responded to that request and simply kept the booking fees that were paid.

We were afraid that nobody would let us in. So the only good thing is that we finally got in and did not need to find another apartment in last minute.

The check-in was horrible. The host did not respond to our check in request. We waited 2 hours in front of the apartment with no/irritating information by host. Even though the host knew that we are waiting she didn't reply to text message or further phone calls. Although we had a phone call the host just left us waiting without information. By accident we found another guest of another apartment which told us that a person in the kitchen of the restaurant usually does the check in. Then we finally got keys but for a different apartment at a different address. We did not felt welcome. Nobody showed us the rooms etc. Due to the bad communication we were very disappointed because we we were afraid that after waiting so long without information we might not have an appartment for the night at all. Also we had to cancel our plans for the rest of the day.
