Location, rooms & bed

1. There is no glass, plate, cutlery (only paper cup & paper plate) 2. No towel & iron 3. We stay 4 days 3 night and no cleaning done during our stay 4. Leaking on upper toilet (already informed the counter staff on day 2 but nothing has been done)

"Sehr gute Lage, sehr abgewohnte Appartements."

Die lage ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind nett. es gab einen (künstlichen) Kirschbaum im Zimmer.

Die Rezeption ist im 24. Stock, was uns durch die Anmeldung nicht klar war. Jeden Tag musste man sich eine neue Codenummer für das Zimmer holen. Die Möbel waren verbraucht und das Bett bestand aus einem Brett mit dünner Schaumstoffauflage.
