The accommodation did not match the listing description. It was advertised as having 4 rooms, but only 3 rooms were provided. When this was raised, the host argued and gave multiple excuses instead of resolving the issue. Additionally, only one access key was provided for a group of 8 people, which was highly inconvenient. Overall, the host’s attitude was poor and unprofessional.

The location is good.

During the booking, it stated 4 bedrooms: Room 1 : queen bed x 1 Room 2 : queen bed x 1 Room 3 : queen bed x 1 Room 4 : single bed x 1 But when arrived into the unit, only found out it was a 3 bedrooms unit. Room 1 : queen bed x 1 Room 2 : queen bed x 1 Room 3 : super single bed x 1 The actual unit is totally different from the pictures shown in the booking app. They gave us the 3 bedrooms unit but charged us at 4 bedrooms unit price. Meaning we paid more. The staff said it was the translation problem. In the end, they admitted some misunderstanding or error booking and told us there are no such 4 bedrooms unit. But u can clearly see that there is a 4 bedrooms unit for booking. So meaning we are being scammed. So they suggested either give us another room but at another different street different building or refund rmb100 for 5 days. We r a family of 8 members. N yet they only provided 6 pillows. Meaning this unit is only for 6 pax. We already stated 8 pax during booking. Really disappointed. Will never recommend this especially to those big crowd.
