Check in office different location. & apartment is almost 10min drive from check in location. We booked for location . When we arrived they drive us almost 10min from location. & we boght all the groceries to make food . When we arrived at the apartment their is no cutlery & pans to cook the food. They said we have to buy pans & cutlery.

the renovations were done poorly and overall not very hygienic

The initial apartment on the 18th floor.

Battery for the main door discharged. Couldn't access the apartment. The hallway was an oven, baked for 30 mins before help arrived. Help was very good. But the sour taste still lingered. Sliding inner doors self lock if door closed with force. Moved to another apartment. It had water damage in the bottom washroom. The ventilation fans weren't functioning so had to open windows and risk mosquitoes entering the apartment. Musky smell in the washrooms.
