Apartment "Deluxe" Innsbruck - Mutters

The apartment is really great, with amazing views and great decoration and facilities. The parking space is reserved, which is really convenient. The host is really friendly. We had great time in the apartment!

Perfect apartment & great accommodation! Owners were very friendly & although we didn’t need any assistance, certainly would have helped if needed!

Excellent view of Innsbruck from up in the hills away from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the view from the balcony where we could see cows and horses in the fields nearby. We had a bit of difficultly finding one of the rooms (we booked 2) but Martin, the owner came to check up on us and not only helped us find our room but was super friendly and even offered a larger parking space for us in front of his gallery as we were concerned about our large extra long van’s end protruding beyond the marked space into the road. Apartments were comfortable and well furnished.

The chiming bells of the nearby tower every hour!

Location was convenient, parking was available and the place was clean

We have booked the flat for 6 people and it was only prepared for 4. We arrived late, we had no sheets, np towels, no bed prepared for all of us to sleep and we had to find an alternative really late at night. After negotiation we only received back 10% of the total cost which was unacceptable both from the owner and booking.com Really disappointing service.

Excellent facility

Beautiful house in the best location. Clean, lovely host, near to the supermarket.

Well furnished, however without enough mirrors needed for a family. Parking was available.

Description in booking.com was not complete for e.g. that the apartment is at 3rd floor’s height and does not have a lift was not mentioned. Parking space is available, however it was described as not available.
