Apartment "Deluxe" Innsbruck - Mutters

Location was good

Check in was a mess. Keys not available, no signage. Had to call the agency to get someone to meet us with the keys. Bedding was not great - pillows left much to be desired. Main photo nothing like the reality.

Cozy apartment. Super comfy beds. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of the essentials needed to prepare and cook our food. Jacuzzi tub was a bonus, especially with our boys. The views were beautiful from every window. A true gem.

Glass bathroom door that did not open/close easily and seriously limited privacy, heat could not be regulated. No thermostat. Third floor walk up was not mentioned in the ads. Only two private bedrooms, the third bed was an alcove off the living room. The living room couch was made up as a bed. No couch. Not value for payment.

Great location, close to the tram stop to travel into the city. A good apartment for a family.

Very limited cooking utensils. Toilet was very stinky.

Everything! Location, cleanliness, beds, self check in and check out, we met the owner and he was great! Everything is just like in pictures on site here, only beds and room are bigger than it looks 😃 Bathroom is also spacious and very nice and clean. Apartment was warm and two side oriented so you can vent it nicely when needed.

Some kitchen dishes should be added. This is just friendly recomedation: No small pot for milk heating, no soup serving spoon, no baking tray, only veeery large milk/tea cups, nothing suitable for coffee. Effectively was a challenge for food preparation but we managed 🙂

We loved the location. It was clean and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and dishes to eat there. Each room was neatly decorated and the beds were comfortable.
