Very clean and comfortable; water views. Building and ambiance are interesting and fun. Innkeeper is welcoming; lots of little extras.

Great view and plenty of room for my family to share in one room

I suggest that you read the host's description before booking to gain full understanding of this property. Our family of 4 adults knew an elevator did not exist at this property, so walking up and down stairs to the 3rd floor was expected. The delightful "quaint and quirky" Beach Rose suite had awesome views. The lava lamp and art supplies were a bonus. We left samples of one guest's artistry when we checked out. Automated access was simple. Dr. Yee's communication via cell phone was excellent. On property parking was easy. This was the perfect place to stay for 4 nights while visiting family in Jonesport during the Moosabec Summerfest.

The room and its decorations was extremely Comfortable and homey. I loved the quotes on the walls. The view of the small harbor was pleasant. I loved watching the boats leaving early in the morning.

I didn’t read the description closely. The stairs leading to the room was extremely difficult for me. The host very kindly let me cancel my second night. He also recommended another place to stay. The town itself was not welcoming.
