I think she could use a couple of nice chairs to watch tv. There was only one chair. It would have been nice to maybe have some paper towels or napkins available.

No se puede acceder fácilmente , mandan Mail y no hay recepción , es como alquilar un departamento.No había jabón y el check out es muy temprano sin poder dejar las maletas. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

EVERYTHING! It truly was like stepping back in time to a carefully curated collection of history. The location was perfect as well.

Location, uniqueness of the setting and building, design and decor of the rooms

Locks were challenging, instructions may have suffered a bit in translation, but we eventually figured them out. Reception was not in person due to family member of host being ill, and she respectfully avoided “in person” to not risk us getting sick.

It more than lived up to the advertising descriptions. The bed and pillows etc were very comfortable and the bathroom and shower area have to be experienced to appreciate how well it all works. The property has an ambience like no other place that we have stayed, it is extremely quiet and although close to the tourist activity it is just off the main track in its own little backwater with the mill stream the main sound to be heard. Due to the massive construction of the building the temperature remained very stable during our stay. Lastly if you arrive on the ferry from the station on the opposite side of the lake it is only a little over 100m from the ferry terminal.

Nothing other than the door key is huge and wont fit in your pocket

Property was furnished lovely. Location was excellent. Host communicated very well.

It was our mistake but sadly we thought we had booked the Deluxe Apartment with all the amazing history, so were very surprised when we arrived at a different apartment with a totally different look and feel, I think the photos were a little confusing. Having said that, it was still a beautiful apartment, in an excellent location.

Amazing stay in the heart of Hallstatt! We were 4 adults in two rooms (luxury suite + standard double) and had the whole floor just for us. The design is stylish and unique – real wow factor. The luxury suite was very spacious with two rooms and a bathroom. Location could not be better – right on Marktplatz, only steps from the main square and a short walk (5–10 min) to the famous viewpoint.

Check-in was contactless and a bit tricky at first, but everything else was absolutely perfect.

La proximité de la fameuse place de Hallstatt, et le calme absolu.

Le parking était loin. Dans la cuisine on ne peux rien preparer, même si on avait pas besoin, mais d’autres en auront peut être. Depuis les fenêtres il n’y a aucune vue.
