The location how it appears in the photo, the private garden across the street and not attached to the building. The instruction to access the apartment could have been more clearer as there are 2 doors to cross to finally reach the apartment. Not a big deal but the entrance of the lobby had a foul smell. Above all the booking conditions are not what they State on booking .com and you can be charged extra for a child below 4 years age without any advance notification and then the Hotel pins the mistake to booking.com. Since they charge you after you have checked in you have no other option but to stay and yeah who likes dealing with this on a vacation this completely beats the purpose.

Frühstück nicht angeboten, das ist ok. Lage fast perfekt, mit sehr schönem See-Grundstück. Sehr sauber, gute Raumaufteilung, gut ausgestattete Küche.

Fehlen eines TV. Natürlich kann man am Laptop streamen, aber ein großer Bildschirm wäre doch besser.

Free parking place, comfortable apartment, helpful and nice staff, breakfast. They let us to park car even longer after check out

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, μερικά λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Για οικογένειες εξαιρετικά κοντά στην καταπληκτική παιδική χαρά δίπλα στη λίμνη. Δεν έχει ανηφόρες κ περπάτημα στην πρόσβαση. Εχει πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά απ την είσοδο. Η ιδιωτική αυλή πάνω στη λίμνη ήταν ότι καλύτερο για τον καφέ μας, το πρωινό μας- ακόμα κ για ψήσιμο! Πήραμε με μήνυμα κ προσωπική επικοινωνία όλες τις οδηγίες εγκαίρως κ πολύ ευγενικά! Επίσης σε ερωτήσεις που είχαμε απαντούσαν απευθείας! Μάλιστα πήραμε κ ένα κρασί δώρο προσωπικά απ τους ίδιους! Άνετο διαμέρισμα με δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα! Ήσυχη κ ασφαλής τοποθεσία. Συστεγάζεται με το τοπικό αστυνομικό τμήμα στο ίδιο κτήριο! Ιδανικό για οικογένειες!

Όλα ήταν καταπληκτικά! Μια συμβουλή ίσως: ένα φρεσκάρισμα στους τοίχους ειδικά στο χωλ κ στο μπάνιο. Η υγρασία της περιοχής φαίνεται πως έχει αντίκτυπο στους χώρους χωρίς παράθυρο!

Расположение идеальное, рядом с главной улицей. Дома чисто, аккуратно, уютно. Все что надо есть, правда, мне не хватало зеркала в полный рост 😅 там только в ванной комнате зеркало.

I would strongly urge future guests to exercise caution before booking this property. While the listing mentions a private garden, the overall experience was far from acceptable. The washroom was in a very poor condition, with visible mold (schimmel), which is both unhygienic and concerning—especially for families with young children. More seriously, there was a troubling issue with billing. I booked a 3-night stay via Booking.com and paid the full amount of €790 in advance, which was clearly stated as the total price. However, on the day of arrival, an additional €200 was automatically charged to my credit card without proper justification. The reason given was that I had brought “2 additional guests,” which is completely inaccurate—I was traveling only with my wife and our two daughters (10 months and 5 years old), clearly part of a standard family booking. This extra charge was neither transparent nor authorized in advance, and it feels highly misleading. I have full documentation, including the Booking.com confirmation and the unexpected additional invoice that was directly debited. Overall, this experience raises serious concerns about both hygiene and billing practices. I cannot recommend this property and advise others to be very careful.

Hidden charges directly debited from credit card without any consent. I had to freeze my credit card to avoid unnecessarily fraudulent activity. To me the whole story was a scam and fraudulent in nature

Everything. Great location near P1. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we could have needed. Beautiful lake front view.

An extra towel or two would be nice to allow for cold plunging or swimming in the lake.

The apartment was perfectly located. Just a short walk from the centre. It had everything we needed & was very clean & spacious. The garden area opposite was amazing with breathtaking views.
