Regent House deluxe 2 bedroom apartment

Great Central location with very useful private parking due to parking restrictions nearby.

Perfect location and lovely apartment.

The location is fab and the space is comfortable for 4 guests sharing.

It was unclean and when this was reported to the management, they told us they would send cleaners in at a particular time that day, which we were initially grateful for. Unfortunately, this did not happen as they arrived at 10am (1.5 hours earlier than the time management company stated they would arrive) ergo we were still in the apartment and they were there for less than 10 mins and did not actually clean the areas we stated weren’t clean, despite being asked/reminded. They simply laughed with each other, whilst being in our way/space, and wiped down the kitchen table (which wasn’t dirty). When this was reported back to management there was no further communication from them. The apartment also feels very unsafe. We had someone come into the apartment whilst we were not in and they left the front door unlocked. The management company claimed this was cleaners and were extremely unsympathetic about the situation when this was reported to them. It was also unclear why the cleaners entered the apartment to begin with and why they had a key. We would recommend the management company provide a safe in the apartment and if they don’t, then I would recommend not leaving any valuables around as we felt very unsafe throughout our stay here, and to repeat, Nightspace did nothing to support us with this. All in all, despite the apartment being in a fab location and on the whole is a good space, the service provided by Nightspace and the safety of the apartment means we will never be staying there again, nor will we ever use Nightspace again.

Great location in the middle of town, spacious apartment, the bath tub was a treat!

Lots of access codes to remember to enter the property, was missing a few touches for the price such as enough toilet paper, soap etc. Was quite a cold apartment and the heating made a lot of noise each time it came on.

Excellent location, parking was a slight issue as the allocated space was used on one occasion by another vehicle meaning we had to park elsewhere.

As there were four people another chair in the lounge would have been useful or even another two seater sofa.

The main living room/kitchen combo was comfortable and spacious, as were the bedrooms

No hot water for the three days we stayed there. Couldn't take a shower once.
