Regent House deluxe 2 bedroom apartment

Comfortable, clean, central and really well equipped (even had tea and coffee)!! We loved the elevator for my elderly parents!

The apartment was a hidden gem. It was beautiful, like a home from home. The beds were super comfortable, it was light and airy. The rooms were well equipped and we were delighted by the spacious rooms. It was well.placed in the centre of Harrogate, but was very peaceful. The whole building was well looked after. Parking was safe and you had your own space which was great.We will definitely stay there again.

Compact but with everything that is needed Central for restaurants etc Impressed by quick responses to questions. Once accustomed to codes etc it was very easy to operate so thanks for clear instructions

Slippy mat with the wobbly table Had to be very careful after a few near accidents Feather cushions Blind was torn when we arrived in lounge.

Location was excellent

The bedroom door did not close properly so we had to put a shoe behind it to keep it closed !

The window cleaner coming at 6.30 am in the morning and the bottle bins being emptied at 7 am the next morning

The location of the apartment very much in the centre of Harrogate was excellent with private car parking on the door step. The apartment was of the highest standard with excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. The lounge/kitchen area was bright and sunny and comprehensively equipped. The WiFi and smart TV were excellent.

A minor niggle was in the guest guidance pack provided in advance which had various references over several dense pages of information to the series of codes required for entry to the building by front and back doors, then from the landing into the the apartment corridor before he finac code to open the key box for the apartment door. I would have found it helpful to have a table summarising listing clearly codes for front and rear door entry. Not a major issue but helpfulm for some of us befuddled oldies!
