Great location in centre of town

Instructions for keypads not completely accurate. Car parking space small due to low wall jutting out.

The description giving on booking.com was incorrect. We were expecting separate beds for 4 of us as offered on booking.com. The description has now been changed. Found the initial discussion around this issue with the management agency unsatisfactory. The staff member was abrupt and suggested we had misread the information. There was no attempt to recognise the issue and resolve it. After sending them screen prints of the inaccurate bedding information, a different member of staff rang and they organised an extra camp bed for the apartment. Whilst the gesture was appreciated the bed wasn't fit for purpose.

Central location, well furnished, great shower, comfy beds and lovely and light despite the grim winter weather!

Lovely apartment in the centre of Harrogate Was tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable We loved staying here and will be back

That you couldn’t lock from the inside without a key. Seems like a fire hazard.

The property was close to Harrogate town centre. The apartment was spacious.

It was 38 degrees in the apartment all weekend. For the price we payed and the forecast for the weekend being so hot there could have been a fan available to use.
