VLIA Mykonos

beautiful room, comfortable main bed

remote location with extremely limited food options, pull out bed dipped in the middle and vies wasn’t very nice.

Only one room had AC, one of the bathroom was a bit molding, the view was average as opposed to our expectations with a clear beach view. Kitchen was outdated!

This was our second stop to our island hopping traveling around Greece. We organised a transfer from the port which went smoothly and Petros (Host) was there waiting for us. The villa was exceptionally clean and was lovely inside. I traveled with my partner, brother-in-law and his girlfriend and we had our own bathrooms which was great also. Petros was great and answered any queries we had and also took us to and from the Mykonos town on the one evening during our stay which made the night stress free regarding getting home. There is a beach that's a 5 minute walk away which was lovely however you did sometimes get hit with sand whilst sunbathing due to the wind! There is a shop that we did walk to that was 40 minutes each way so we got up early to do this, I know that quite a lot of people hire cars/quads etc whilst they are there but due to us only being there a few days and island hopping we were trying to save our pennies. Overall I really couldn't fault the service and the villa apart from the 2 minor things mentioned below.

The only two things I can say about this villa is that it is a little far out however if you wanted a nice quiet break it is ideal as its lovely and quiet. The other is that we did think we would have a pool as online when looking at the pictures we just assumed they all had a small pool. But as mentioned above the beach was a 5 minute walk away so we just went and enjoyed the sea and sand for a few hours!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for a family of four. Very comfortable with an amazing sea view and nicely decorated. Very quiet at night. If you want to stay away from the crowds it is a great location. You will need a car though as it is 25min away from downtown.

It needs some remodeling for extra cleaning. There was mold on the showers corners. Cushions on the couches also need cleaning.
