Der Aussenbereich könnte neue Möbel gebrauchen. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte unten buchen. Die Treppe ist steil.

It was a perfect location with a very short walk to the beach.

We wrote on our reservation that we had poor mobility and were never informed that the room was on the 2nd floor. We couldn’t carry our luggage up, so we just took stuff out in the car as we needed it.

We arrived for check-in at 7:00 PM and the apartment was completely trashed. It had not been cleaned at all. There was visible filth throughout the unit, including used underwear left on the bed, and the space was unhygienic, especially alarming since we were traveling with two children under the age of four. I immediately called the manager, Igor. Instead of showing any concern or remorse, his response was simply, “That’s weird.” When I expressed how upset we were, he hung up on me. After multiple attempts, my husband finally reached him, and around 9:00 PM, two people arrived to clean. They did an okay job, but it was clearly rushed and unprofessional. We had small children trying to sleep while strangers were scrambling to clean a filthy apartment. Later, we learned that the “professional emergency cleaning service” Igor claimed to send was actually his mother and younger brother. The next day, when we contacted Igor to request a refund for the first night due to the unsafe and unhygienic conditions, he ignored all calls and messages. When he finally responded, he accused us of “bombarding” him. His behavior was dismissive, hostile, and completely inappropriate. Beyond the cleaning issue, the apartment itself is run-down and neglected: paint chipping off the walls, broken blinds, disarray throughout, and blankets that clearly had not been washed after the previous guests. We couldn’t wait to leave and move on to the next part of our trip just to get away from this situation and this manager. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I strongly suggest reading the negative reviews carefully, as this appears to be a pattern. The manager’s responses to guests are aggressive and unprofessional. This stay was stressful, unsanitary, and absolutely not worth the money. Avoid this place.

The location is great especially for the price. Nice they had extra sand toys and beach chairs to use while there. The shared outside area was nice to have with the shade. For the price I got what I paid for.

La ubicación. Es una zona hermosa. Buena atención de la propietaria y que tenía todo lo necesario para una grata estadía, si hubiéramos sido 2 personas

Era muy chico para las 5 personas que eramos e incómodo ya que el único baño es en suite. Si lo ofrecieran para 2 personas o a lo sumo una pareja con un hijo pequeño, estaría bien. La cerradura de la puerta del patio estaba arrancada y la puerta de acceso al edificio estaba todo el tiempo abierta. Esto me generó inseguridad

The location was excellent (just steps from the beach). There were umbrellas, beach chairs and kids toys available to use at the beach.

Some of the beach chairs were broken and unusable and need to be replaced. The futon in the living room has a broken leg that needs to be repaired.
