Excelent location, Bed sheets were clean and bed mattress comfortable

AC unit very noisy and dirty, everything leaking in the bathroom very old tub and shower, on the common terrace outside some ripped up furniture, could not wait to get ouț to the beach! they could replace that antique painted fridge, stove and kitchen sink area sticky floor mat! We had unwelcomed 1 huge Cockroach! Lol

"The location and price make it worth the stay."

Great location. Nice room - comfortable and clean. And quiet :)

The only downside is that it is difficult to get ahold of the owners. Then, when you do get in contact they are not very friendly or helpful. The owner lady had walked by a couple times but never acknowledged us, smiled, nor said hi or good morning. It wasn’t very personable. We were a family of four, staying for three days. My husband asked for a roll of toilet paper and he was told “what’s there is for you to use, if you need more you buy it yourself”.

Location. If you don't get any problems you will be fine

I found a cockroach first thing when I walked into the room. The apartment really needs a lot maintenance and the ac unit outside needs cleaning it's in terrible shape. The street when the apartment was was unfortunately closed. They told us to park on a neighboring street and to not pay and to forward them any ticket we get. We got a few tickets that we forwarded to them but they never responded... I appeal the tickets and forward their info in the tickets. As of writing this message they still didn't answer any of my messages... Like in other reviews mentioned the host is zero responsive after the first day..
