Hollywood Beachfront House

My parents and I loved the property. The little jungle setting at the entrance was very cozy (I enjoyed doing my Pilates classes out there) and the apartment was very practical with all the couches that become beds and create more sleeping spaces. Everything was working and made us feel comfortable during the stay. The location was the best! A few steps from the beach and broadwalk. Will definitely want to come back! Thank you!

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the hot air inside. The A/C were running on low in the bedroom and living room, but still not cool enough. However, it did not ruin the stay at all.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, el jardín de la entrada está en mal estado, muebles rotos y todo desordenado. El departamento es muy chico. Sacaría el sillón y la barra y solo pondría una mesa para que haya más espacio.

El alojamiento horrible sucio cuando llegué habían en la habitación funda de basura cajas de pizza usada camas sucias

Lo sucio puerco que es, no hay con quien hablar de los administradores nadie da la cara lo mal q tiene los alojamientos Por favor necesito que me devuelvan mi dinero en su totalidad.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad, la limpieza. Y contaba con todo lo necesario para estar varios días. si volvería a quedarme allí.

El ruido del aire acondicionado. Pero solucionable. lo apagaba x la noche para dormir y mantenía la paleta de ventilación del techo encendida

This experience was completely unacceptable and clearly misleading. This listing is false in key aspects. It stated that the property included parking, but upon arrival I discovered that this was simply not true. The street was under construction, full of dust, and practically blocked. Access to the property was a mess, and there was absolutely no parking available. None of this was mentioned in the listing, which is a serious and misleading omission. When I contacted the host, their response was absurd: to park far away and that if I received a ticket, they would pay it. That is not a real or acceptable solution. It shows a complete lack of responsibility toward the guest. Due to this situation, I had no choice but to cancel the same day. Even though the issue was caused by false information in the listing, the host refused to issue a refund. I lost $292 directly because of their lack of honesty. This is a deceptive and unethical practice. I do not recommend this property under any circumstances. Booking here is risking your money.

The location was great near the beach and restaurants. Its very small but for a short visit it was great.

The street this property was on was closed due to paving. There was no communication prior to our stay and had to fend for our parking spot.. when a free gated spot was included in the description. If you are familiar with parking by Hollywood Florida beach it is not easy and not free. No answer from the hosts or call backs. The parking situation ruined our plans not to mention carrying big suitcases blocks away to the property.
