Waldhaus Igls

Mooie ruime kamer; lekker groot bed. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Ramen konden goed open om de warmte kwijt te raken. Mooie locatie om de bergen en Innsbruck te verkennen. De welkomst kaart van Innsbruck is zeker handig.

De wifi viel vaak weg en had lage snelheid. De leunstoel zakte steeds door de rem. De slaapbank zit niet lekker.

Village location suited us as quiet but a good base to explore the area. Buses into Innsbruck very efficient and the village itself had all we needed with restaurants and a good supermarket. Andrea was helpful when needed and the bakery delivery for breakfast very handy.

We thought it was exactly as described in the details so all positive.

Gute Lage. Die Wohnung im EG hat Zugang zu einem riesigen Garten. Die Wohnung 2 ist großzügig, aber leider durch die frühere Nutzung etwas unglücklich geschnitten.

Für den Preis pro Nacht könnte die Wohnung etwas hochwertiger ausgestattet sein.

De gratis bus en treingebruik aangeboden door de dienst toerisme van de stad Innsbruck. De broodservice in de ochtend, aangeboden door de uitbater van het appartement hotel. Het appartement is sober/fris maar degelijk ingericht. Heel gastvrij.

Er was wat te weinig bestek om maaltijden te bereiden. Dit is ook aan de uitbater meegedeeld. Men kon onze opmerking erg waarderen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement war ausreichend groß für drei Personen, wobei unser Sohn auf der Ausziehcouch schlief. Das Bad war frisch renoviert und wir hatten einen riesigen überdachten Balkon. Die Küche hatte alles Wichtige. Vom Gästehaus Igls ist es mit dem Bus sehr nah in die Innenstadt von Innsbruck und auch zum Patscherkofel - dem Hausberg von Igls. Man kann Brot und Gebäck fürs Führstück bestellen. Frau Wolf ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Schlüsselloch vom Haustor ist sehr weit unten und schwierig zu erreichen (v.a. wenn es schon dunkel ist).

There was no breakfast at the property but they have a very good Bread Delivery Service every morning, The Breads were very good and the service was also good.

It was ok overall but there is room for some improvements. 1. The pillows were very very soft and not comfortables. They could be better. 2. We stayed for 5 days and it would be good to have a policy for towel change after every 2-3 days as within 5 days they start smelling. We requested to the host and they kindly provided us with extra towels. 3. Like most of Airbnbs and apartment it would be good to put some tea bags, sugar sachet, etc when you arrive. They did provide 2 coffee capsules but a tea hamper would have been good for non-coffee drinkers.

We had a wonderful time in Waldhaus Igls. The apartment was beautiful and clean, we got help from the staff when needed and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the loveley garden. The staff was also very helpful and recommended on activities in the area. Igls is a lovely place to stay, close to Innsbruck and to main attractions in the area.

Good location, comfy beds , facilities were good. Provided fans when asked. As it was a bit hot. The living room was big . The bathrooms were good. We had a lawn view as it was on the ground floor.

The triple room was small . There was a steep hike to be done along with the luggage...that was a bit tiring.
