Šeimininkai ne visada atsiliepė telefonu ir neperskambino. Svečiavimosi pradžioje svetainėje buvo šaltoka (buvome apsistoję žiemos šalčių metu), bet buvo galimybė patiems pareguliuoti radiatorių šildymą - tada tapo šilta.

DISASTROUS CHRISTMAS STAY We booked this apartment to spend Christmas with family. Unfortunately, the stay turned into a stressful and unacceptable experience from day one. SAFETY concern: apartment entrance code is used by multiple people, 3–5 access notifications every evening, making us feel unsafe OVEN: non-functional shell (not disclosed) SEWAGE: clogged, flooding, strong odor Second SHOWER: no water stream Electric STOVE: 2 out of 4 burners not working Master BED: extremely squeaky SAFE: not working WINDOWS: dirty from the inside Walk-in wardrobe LIGHT: not working Living room CHAIRS: unstable, close to breaking BLANKETS: summer weight (in winter) TOWELS: only 6 for 4 guests CUTLERY & GLASSES: insufficient OUTDATED PICTURES Day 1 We arrived with pre-ordered premium meat cuts for Christmas, only to discover the oven is a shell (non-functional). There was no warning about this in the listing. Booking.com confirmed this should not have been the case and arranged for the oven to be fixed the next day. Shower attempt: Bathroom 1: no water stream Bathroom 2: sewage clogged → entire bathroom and living room flooded When Booking.com contacted the owners, they were rude and dismissive, asking why they were being “disturbed so late.” Day 2 No contact or repair visit from the owners. When I called directly, the woman on the phone shouted, refused to listen, and hung up. The clogged sewage started to smell strongly, noticeable even from the dining table. Bathtub also clogged. Day 3 Booking.com verbally confirmed 50% compensation due to the severity of issues. Property owners claimed they “have no access” to the Booking.com platform. Day 4 Booking.com reversed the compensation, stating owner approval was never given. NOTE: The case is being escalated outside of the platform.

Had to wait key for about 40min and it was 2am in the night. Floors was sticky not cleaned, old apartments renovations, not so friendly reception by phone and in person.
