Skaists skats, tīras un plašas telpas, lieliska atrašanās vieta. Ļoti plaša lodžija- laba vieta saulrieta vērošanai. Lieliski, ka apartamentos ir arī veļas mašīna un trauku mazgājamā mašīna.
