"Would stay again when in La Spezia"

Great location for trains to Cinque Terre. Clean and spacious apartment.

The elevator in the building didn’t stop/open at the second floor. This was less than ideal for suitcases but we managed.

El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable, dándonos todas las indicaciones y consejos que le solicitamos. No ayudó mucho. La suite de 2 dormitorios fué perfecta para el grupo de 4 personas que estuvimos. Todas las instalaciones nuevas y en buen estado. Está perfectamente comunicado con todos los transportes públicos de los que hicimos uso.

"It’s not the apartment"

The location is perfect (very close to the train station) The room was new and clean

It’s not the apartment, there is no kitchen and many other kitchen stuff (like plates, forks, opener), no microwave and iron The area is very noisy and you can hear everything from the neighbors (like you are in same room)

"Fabulous Host and Great Value"

The apartment was spotless, has a lift, and in a great location very close to the Train Station. My Train was running late, and the Owner was very kind to meet me at the Station and walk to the Apartment with me. There is a Supermarket a few blocks away, and about 30 minute walk to the Harbour where you can book a Ferry to Portovenere much cheaper than online "tour companies". I enjoyed my stay at Iamarmora9 very much, and La Spezia exceeded my expectations !! A great place to base yourself for Cinque Terre 😍

"Nice place"

Great location - near the train station -, very clean and spacious.

Communication with the host was difficult due to a language barrier and sloppy writing. Something to kill a mosquito with would be handy.

"Comfortable stay not so far from the train station."

One of our rooms was locked when we arrived and the owner had to come and unlock and make up the room. They did this within an our of our arrival so it was not a big problem.

It would have been better if they had reviewed our reservation before we arrived so that everything would have set and ready to go.
