Excellente situation géographique, la propreté de l appartement, une excellente literie, la facilité des échanges avec Alessandra via WhatsApp top.

Wat een prachtig ruim appartement, wij waren aangenaam verrast. Locatie perfect. Dichtbij bus en station alsmede de oude stad met de restaurants. Parkeren kan niet in de straat maar klein stukje lopen kun je de auto gratis parkeren. De gastvrouw had echt alles voor je ontbijt klaar gezet ❤️

C'est un logement très agréable et tres bien équipé. Je me suis comme chez moi.La hôte une tres belle et serviable personne.Genereuse en nous offrant un très grand déjeuner 🤗🤗.Je recommande vivement et cette expérience m'as beaucoup réjouis personnellement. Merci beaucoup chère Alessandra.

It was so spacious and had all the necessities and stuff that we needed and more.

Some items smelled bit dusty but no big deal.

Very warm welcome from the owner Alessandra, flexible with the check in time. Made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The apartment had everything we needed and was sparkling clean and was two minutes away from the city market and other stores. I recommend! I certainly will look forward to rent it again if I come back to La Spezia.

Świetna lokalizacja, centrum miasta -idealne na spacery i zwiedzanie pięknych wloskich kamienniczek, świetna baza wypadowa do cinque terre oraz okolicznych miasteczek

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in La Spezia. Wir haben alles zu Fuß unternommen. Tolles Abend/Nachtleben alles nicht weit entfernt. Auch der Markt und nicht zu vergessen der mega tolle Hafen mit Palmen 🌴 und Oleanderbäume gesäumt. Eine Augenweite. Fast jeden Tag lag ein Kreuzfahrtschiff im Hafen. Auch ein wunderschöner Stadtpark ist hier.

The host Alessandra, met us the property, explained everything ,property was only about 10 mins from the train station , close to the harbour area, plenty of places to eat. Not much more to add really. For a base to explore the Cinque Terre and surrounding region , you can't go wrong !
