Mare&Sentieri Apartment

L' emplacement : tout proche (a 1 min) de la gare de La Spezia centrale et de son grand parking sous terrain (assez cher mais très pratique). La communication avec Alessandro est très fluide et rapide, il est très disponible et réactif aux messages. L'appartement est très bien agencé, propre et pratique (tout est à proximité)

Si j'avais juste un petit point négatif c'est qu'il y a un peu de bruit dans la rue et dans l' entrée de l' immeuble à cause de la porte d' entrée en fer (mais avec les boules quies , c'est résolu !) Une smart TV pour se connecter à Netflix (dans notre langue) serait un plus !

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse en tren que, aunque es el medio de transporte más rápido, a veces resulta un servicio deceocionante. Ha ha ido muchas demoras y cancelaciones el tiempo en que estuvimos allí. Salir siempre con tiempo extra! El espacio es súper amplio y cómodo. Una familia puede está muy bien allí. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y un supermercado muy cerca. Alessandro es un excelente anfitrión y te recibe con toda la información acerca del lugar y tus opciones, además de algunas vituallas de bienvenida que resultan muy necesarias después de un largo viaje.

Me gustó todo, solo por decir algo, sugiero que agreguen una tostadora de pan.

The apartment was very cozy and beautiful, exactly as described. The host was always available and even left lots of delicious treats on the table, which was such a nice touch. The only downside was the low sound insulation, so sometimes it felt a bit noisy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it👍

The location was 3 min walk from the train station and 10 min to all the restaurants. Also it was super clean. We loved our stay!

Alessandro our host presented us a beautifully clean and very functional apartment. The instructions to get to and access the property were exceptional. Alessandro was really responsive to any questions we had and gave some great tips about restaurants in the immediate area. The apartment worked well for 2 couples travelling together. We stayed 4 nights but could have easily stayed a month! The apartment is very secure. A key to access the building and one for the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor with windows onto the street which we loved - such a great vibe and so close to the main town. We walked just a 100 metres from the train station to get to the apartment and it is next to a hotel for continental breakfast if you don’t want to cook and a gorgeous restaurant across the street for a drink or meal. The bedrooms were generously sized which was good for couples with lots of luggage! Photos represent the apartment accurately. We will definitely come back.

Location of property is really convenient as our purpose of the visit was to go to Cinque Terre from the nearby train station! So, it was perfect! Ale was very helpful and responsive whenever we texted him for queries...

Perhaps the balcony space as it was facing the back courtyard and it wasn't exactly good looking! But there's nothing the owner could do, as it was a common area...
