My three-day stay at this apartment was fantastic. Its proximity to the train station made it incredibly convenient for traveling. The owner was very friendly and provided all the necessary information. Inside, the apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus for those who enjoy cooking. Plus, with shops and restaurants nearby, everything was easily accessible.

Not great outlook on balcony but we were there to travel and this was our base.

If you ever plan to explore Cinque Terre and you decide to stay in La Spezia, look no further, this place is amazing! The location is perfect. Just a minute away from La Spezia Centrale, and it is very easy to hop on and off the train or bus to explore the area and continue your journey. On the top of this, just a few steps away is the Via del Prione street that takes you to the sea and has many restaurants and shops. Just across the street there is a lovely bistro where you can enjoy tasty breakfast and coffee. Lot's of bakeries around and a supermarket in 2 minutes walk. I've read some reviews that is noisy, but actually we didn't feel that way. We had the windows closed most of the time, because it was very nice and chill in the apartment and even without having the AC turned on, and it was pretty hot outside. The apartment itself is immaculate clean, comfortable and very charming. Bedrooms are spacious, beds comforable and have a very cozy feel. The kitchen is very charming and spotless. We didn't cook, but if you plan to do so, you have everything you need, and as an extra you get variety of complimentary spices, coffee and sugar . We loved the Moka pot and enjoyed complimentary coffee. The bathroom was also sparkling clean, modern and stylish. There is a separate laundry room with complimentary detergent and very convenient if you've been travelling for longer time or you stay here for a while. Internet speed was great and we had no issues. Alle is an amazing host and we can't thank him enough for being so helpful and making our stay wonderful. He met us at the agreed time and gave us great recommendations. We even got a complimentary breakfast, latte for our coffee, cold water, a bottle of local beer and wine. Thank you again Alle for your hospitality, you made us feel amazing on our vacation and we really enjoyed staying at your apartment. If we ever come again, we'll definitely stay at your place. Highly recommended!

Nice, cozy apartment perfect for a family of four.

Very clean and modern. Looks like it had just been renovated. Very close to train station and shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We liked that it had a washing machine and clothes airer too.

Balcony. Wasn’t one you can sit out on and enjoy.

Fantastic location right by the station and couple of minutes to the old centre but really quiet. Modern flat with lovely rooms in an older building on the ground floor. Perfect for trips to Cinque Terre La Spezia is a great city to visit and be based in and Ale was a great host.

Shame the balcony looked inwards to a bit of a grubby courtyard - got no sun so it did stay cool but hard to dry clothes!

clean, great location

Very clean, cosy and comfortable apartament near the train station which was convenient for us because we went trekking to the Cinque Terre and we had to take the train. Comfortable beds, the kitchen well equipped.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. The only thing we had problems with was the heating. We were unable to turn it off or even lower it and so the place was a bit too hot for us. I told Alessandro and he said he was going to see to it and fix it.
