Appartamento grazioso in pieno centro, accessoriato, posto al secondo piano ma con ascensore

Essendo in centro mancanza di parcheggio, devi lasciare macchina nei posti a pagamento per 2 ore o parcheggio sotterraneo park europa a 10 minuti a piedi

Idéalement situé dans le centre de La Spezia, entre la gare et le port. Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé, climatisé et avec un ascenseur pour monter les bagages. Bars et restaurants à deux pas dans la rue commerçante au bas de l'immeuble.

Les fenêtres de la salle de bain et de la cuisine seront peut-être à changer pour que ce soit vraiment parfait. Un peu de bruit dans la rue le samedi soir et dans la nuit mais c'est normal en cette période estivale.

"La Spezia est une très belle ville pour visiter les Cinqueterre et portovenere."

La situation géographique était parfaite!

La douche coulait ( mais lorsque nous en avons avisé l’hôte, elle a mentionné qu’elle s’en occuperait lorsque le logement serait vacant). Les lits n’étaient pas confortables. Les serviettes étaient petites et sentaient l’humidité.

"Apartamento bien situado"

El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de tren, de tiendas,supermercados y el puerto. Es amplio y está bien aislado para el ruido. Teníamos café para el desayuno y la dueña nos dejó salir más tarde el último día. La anfitriona muy amable, nos dio indicaciones para visitar, comer y comprar.

Las camas no son muy cómodas. La de matrimonio se mueve mucho porque es de muelles y dos de las individuales son plegables,hacen mucho ruido y son incómodas.

"It’s a good place for a short stay"

The location is great, the place was clean, the air conditioning system in the room worked as expected, the beds were comfortable, and the communication with the main contact was good. Also, the building has an elevator.

It’s not that modern, but it was clean and has everything.

Very nice apt in great location to visit all la Spezia has to offer, 10 minutes from train station, 10 minutes to port, right in the middle of of lots of shops and restaurants yet very quiet at night.We will definitely stay again.
