L'appartamento è spazioso. A pochi passi dal centro. L'accoglienza è la gentilezza della Sig.ra Marina è stata molto apprezzata. Il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo uno dei punti di forza.

"Great value for the money and recommend it."

The apartment has everything you need. The big plus for me was the parking space next to the building.There aren't many neighbours so it was quiet (still you can hear the cars outside, but is normal being very close to the main street). Distance to the train station (Spezia Migliarina) is 20' walking - highly recommend this one to avoid the crowds and queues from Spezia Centrale. COOP supermarket is 3' walk. The apartment looks like in the pictures from booking.

Not a problem for me, but if you plan a longer stay, be aware there is no washing machine. Not a big problem for us, but the shower is a bit small. For a bigger person might be difficult to get in. The floor wasnt clean so we need to get some slippers.
