Das in la spezia kein Strand sind, aber das war gar nicht schlimm

Posizione ottima,zona tranquilla vicino a tutti i servizi.il centro è raggiungibile in 5 minuti con il bus ma anche a piedi. L appartamento è molto comodo e spazioso. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e ci hanno dato consigli su come muoverci in città,dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato che ci hanno fatto usare anche per tutto il giorno della nostra partenza. Tutto perfetto. Se andremo di nuovo a La spezia torneremo sicuramente.

Alles war sehr schön ,super Lage direkt am Bahnhof sehr zentral.Sehr sauber ein sehr liebenswerter ,hilfsbereiter Gastgeber ,haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr schön,würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dort buchen

nice apartment, quiet location, good bed

In a city where anywhere you park you have to pay, having a private parking spot is definitely a plus. Apartment is only a few blocks away from market, bus stops and coffee places. Hosts were very kind.

The accommodation is spacious and has good facilities. The host is helpful and gave us several pieces of advice on what to see and do in the area.

On arrival we were met by the owner's father who gave us the key and explained to us about the apartment in English mixed with Italian. The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached by elevator. Private parking spot just outside of the apartment building. 5 min walk to multiple bus stops with good connection (15 min) to the city center and train station La Spezia central if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you could need for a stay of a few nights or longer.

We did not use the airconditioning as it was still okay temperature inside and early in the season, but you could clearly see the dust on both units and filters should be cleaned before use in the summer season. Just a minor detail but a fly screen outside of the bedroom window would have been nice to keep the mosquitos out if you open the window.

Unfortunately, everything was very dirty and sticky; the floor, the microwave, the fridge, the shower, the table. We could see the dirt and the dust everywhere.
