Son emplacement, la Clim, le balcon, le stationnement (place de parking individuelle), la possibilité de se restaurer à proximité et la qualité de la literie

Les coupures d’eau un jour sur deux de 18h à 07h le lendemain qui ne sont pas dans l’annonce. L’absence de machine à laver dans le logement : il n’est pas précisé qu’il y a des machines payantes à chaque étage. Le manque d’aspirateur, plus simple pour faire le ménage
