SAV Apartments Regent Leicester

The front door was insecure. Anyone could enter the house whenever they wanted to and the front door would bang when it closed. The sheets and towels were meant to be changed on Friday, the 5th day, but there was no clean sheets or towels brought to the flat or changed in the 7 days of staying.

The only good thing was the location.

WARNING, DIRTY BEDDING ON ARRIVAL, PEOPLE BANGING ON WINDOWS THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL. THERE WAS BANGING FROM UPSTAIRS FOR THE WHOLE TIME OF MY STAY. When I mentioned this I was scolded verbally on the telephone and told that I could always stay somewhere else. Never got my deposit refunded back either. Would never stay again.

The accommodation was close to the centre and places we wanted to see. The area was very secure. The bedrooms were warm.

The internet service was bad. The water from the shower was always cold.

The location was excellent. We were attending an event at the rugby ground and it was within walking distance.

We had problems accessing the property (the code for the front door that we had been given was wrong) and the code was changed before the 10am check out time making departure harder than necessary.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in every room and a living room with kitchen corner. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything.

The check in was a bit complicated but there was some helpful staff to show us to the apartment. The wifi didn't work. It was either too weak or completely missing most of the time. The shower in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, the shower head in the other bedroom wouldn't stay on the rail.

I liked the presentation of the studio , and everything was available , towels, soap , cutlery etc The employee on the phone helped me when the doors got locked out on me Very convenient and easy

Very noisy, traffic and could hear neighbours through walls. A bright security light shone through the glass in the door all night one night. Bed was a bit tired.
