Stinks of damp ans smoke, it’s very dirty, tiles falling off wall. Only 1 cup no cutlery. The bed springs stick in you, no quilt. trust me there is nothing luxurious or lavish about this place it’s a dive. The name needs to be changed for this property as it is VERY mis selling

We went to see a concert in O2 Academy so the location was perfect. Lovely staff, helpful and replying quick. Nice bathroom, kitchen and sleep. Felt safe as there were 2 doors with codes. Peaceful and quiet. We did not spend there much just sleep. Will be staying if we have more concerts as we just need a bed and that is all hahaa🤣

The curtains were broken so you could see outside from the bed. The toilet seat was broken but didn’t really matter. Toilet paper was covered in dirt and was wet so did not use it.

It has private toilets and a kitchen with a good-sized room.

There was no privacy in the roadside room as the window blinds were broken, and can be seen from outside, very uncomfortable. There were open screws outside the bed covered with whiteboard, which always fell apart when using the bed (can see in the photo). The bed was semi-double, small for us, with two very thin small children's pillows. No soap was in the toilet and we had to ask for one, water on the kitchen floor due to broken washing matching, no glasses or mugs in the kitchen and not even any cleaning staff. The toilet floor was dirty. No hanger in the cabinet.
