This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. It should not be advertised as a budget hotel, it stunk of stale smoke it was unbearable hot and it felt like a prison with the awful windows. It’s basically student housing at its worst. I changed my plans and went home .

It had a bed

Unclean, bathroom was covered in mould, shower was broken, toilet hardly flushed, TV in room wasn't connected so couldn't watch. Bed was hard and the pillow was practically non existent

Honestly nothing, we didn't stay

Ignoring emails..... Wasn't clean, Mould in windows and bathroom Stagnant water Bed sheets and bed it's self where stained and covered in bed bugs Tables had residue from drinks and food on them ...... Can't get InTouch and staff or anyone discussing our "stay" (condition was that bad we left within 15-20 and booked another hotel) The likelihood of a refund is very little but I hope maybe they have a heart and will return what they don't deserve

Perfect location, good value, great shower, spacious bathroom, comfy bed although only one pillow each.

First time in this room and unlike others in the same building we have stayed in, there was no bedside light (or anywhere to place one). There was only one glass and one bath towel despite it being a booking for the two of us. Tried to get a glass from the kitchen but a pint size one was all there was. Wifi also very slow to start but picked up speed later.

Easily accessible with prompt communication with staff about checkin formalities and located centrally with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop near by.

Was disturbed multiple times late in night by the person next door talking loudly over phone and banging/harshly closing the doors

When we arrived we had to phone to get the key , which we were then told there were no rooms available even though we had booked and paid for . We have been waiting over a month for a refund of nearly £200 and no one will answer
