Very dirty, alcoholics in the whole building , the home keeper drinks on job and they're disrespectful, dirty, expensive not worth it lol save your money and go somewhere else

Obtaining admission to the property was a nightmare, it took about half an hour and 3-4 phone calls. We were standing in the street and we could hardly hear the answers on the phone due to the very heavy and noisy traffic outside the place..We had to submit an ID card photo on their Whats-up system before they would give us any codes. When they did give us a code it did not include the 'bell' symbol we needed to enter. Another code was needed to use the lift (we never got that) and a further code to get into our room, this time with the * symbol which they did not tell us about until our 3rd phone call. We hate relying on a mobile phone, it can run out of electricity, my wife could not find where the code(s) had been sent to on her phone and the 'hosts' were very reluctant to give us any information even when it was clear we could not use our room without it. They kept claiming they had sent it to her phone when they hadn't, or we could not find it. It was such a technological nightmare we will never stay again at a place that requires advanced IT skills to obtain admission.
