I booked this place through booking.com, as I have done many times before. Then SAV Apartments sent me the information and the link to the external website to check-in. At the start, there was just basic information, but later on, they asked for more and more deep personal information. I’ve checked in previously into a very large number of the places, but I've never been asked for such deep personal info. I’ve contacted firstly SAV Apartments to see if there is any other way to check in, but they refused. After that, I contacted booking.com to cancel my booking because of the impossibility of entering the apartment. They offered to give me the key after paying an additional £250 deposit. Because of my previous experience asking about all my details, I’ve refused, and despite losing most of the money to pay for the booking, I’ve decided to cancel this booking.
