SAV Apartments Leicester - 2 Bed Cosy Flat Saffron

Well equipped and spacious.

A bit humid and cold. Heating was off and needed to be ventilated before we arrived.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable providing everything we needed

The stairs were a bit of a drag transporting my baby and stroller but other than that everything was okay.

Good parking right out the ground floor apartment. Clean linen and towels provided. The apartment was clean to an acceptable standard besides a few things they should pay attention to. Glasses/ plates etc were provided and the system to get in and out was pretty straight forward as it was keyless. Fairly spacious Beds were comfy Fans were available to use in each bedroom. There was an iron and Hoover available. The bathroom was quite clean and the kitchen area also.

The cleaner knocked on the door on two unwanted occasions. Firstly she says (without introducing herself) that she needs to come in to check the bathroom as her friend left something in there. I of course denied as we had children with us and did not feel safe. Secondly she came an hour before we were supposed to check out saying that she needs to clean but we mentioned the check out time. I feel some professionalism in this area would help. The smaller bedroom has a damp kind of smell in it. Don’t know where it is exactly coming from but it needs looking into
