Centrally located apartment in Duke Street- free parking- two bathrooms

The apartment was very clean and stylish. It was safe and secure. However, communication was a little lax initially.

I have had £200 security bond taken but not returned yet, there was an attempt to take a further £200 from my account today. I've emailed them but I've had no reply as of yet

The apartment was spacious and clean. There is everything you need for a weekend stay. The location is great for restaurants, pubs and sightseeing. Very good and friendly communication with the host.

The lights could be a bit brigther and it is a bit noisy from the street and the entrance door.

The space of the property for 2adults and 2 children was perfect! We were given videos to find the allocated parking space and then up to the apartment which was really helpful! Communication with William was fantastic, he answered all our questions nothing seemed to much trouble for him. The apartment was really clean and tidy

I wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like.

Having to pay for earlier access. Also it was raining and we were at the accommodation 15 minutes before time and were not allowed access. If also advertises coffee maker and there is not one.

The apartment is very well appointed and has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless and clean too. William, our contact was very quick at replying to messages.

It's very noisy at night. We were twice woken up in the night by neighbours banging doors or arguing. We appreciate that the location is close to bars etc. but the inner courtyard creates an echo and exaggerates all noises from other apartments.
