Centrally located apartment in Duke Street- free parking- two bathrooms

Very central, staff brilliant when I contacted them. Everything that we needed

Beds too high, quilts not easy to stay in place. Settee not that comfortable and shower in bathroom not enough suite, very little water pressure.

Great location, lovely clean spacious unit with the two bathrooms being a bonus! Beds were so comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Everything we needed would definitely recommend.

The bathroom smelt of drains! Also the stairwell going up. Check in could be a bit easier, we didn't get any information about where to pick keys up from so had to ring. Great communication though and was sorted quickly. Can they not be left in key box like where we leave them on departure. Also more than one key as our group split and we had to wake the others up to let us in. But neither of these things would stop us staying there again

Corridors leading to the apartments were a little dim and poorly lit

Clean and modern apartment in the very centre of Liverpool. It is comfortable and cosy.
