Centrally located apartment in Duke Street- free parking- two bathrooms

Nothing ,all excellent

The apartment was fantastic, clean, spacious, nicely decorated, open plan but cosy and in a nice block which felt safe and secure. The underground parking was brilliant as parking generally in Liverpool is a nightmare and it was great not to have to worry about it. Michael who met us was lovely, polite and gave us all the info we needed as well as the keys and showed us around the apartment m(had even got some milk in for us which we thought was a lovely gesture!) All in all we really loved the apartment and all the facilities.

The windows do need triple glazing. The students/young people are very noisy when they come out from clubbing, as is the traffic on the main street. This woke us up a few times during the night.

Good comfortable apartment and location

Not a problem with the apartment but there was a horrible stench at the ground floor lift area

Clean, spacious, easy walk to the centre & docks, good coffee & breakfast places nearby

Flickering lights in apartment hallway, bedroom, kitchen & living room 'underlit' - could do with more or stronger lighting. Smell of bins in stairwell approach to apartment was awful, but doesn't reach the apartment - held noses on way in & out! Next visit would seek a location like Georgian quarter or cavern side.

+ location was great. Facilities in the apartment were great. Major plus having onsite free parking. Michael was great when meeting and greeting, flexible and extremely helpful. Really comfy beds!

To be picky the only fault we could find was that the seating in the living room was not very comfortable, not a problem for us, we weren't there to sit down!

Location was spot on, perfect area for places to eat and drink. The facilities in the room were spot, two excellent bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and living room/kitchen.
