It was close to the Main Street of bars and restaurants but that’s as far as I go with positives

Poor communication from the host….even now they haven’t replied to my email about our stay. After booking it took over 2 hours for us to get in touch with anyone. The number on the door was just an answer phone and so we were unable to speak with anyone. The entrance hall had an over flowing bin which stayed there all weekend, there was a questionable brown substance on the toilet door handle which I can only presume was faeces, the key to the room door didn’t work properly which meant we had a leave the door unlocked one night, there was a uncovered waste pipe in the toilet (which was pretty much in the bedroom as very compact) and so whenever the top above us used the toilet we could hear it….lumps and all plopping down! This was accompanied by a strong smell of sewage when we arrived. Overall the room was shabby and looked unfinished I don’t like to give negative reviews but unfortunately the host hasn’t bothered to answer any of my phone calls or emails to try and rectify this!

At first when we were new guest, they treated us with respect and done some of our demands, but when the days go by they started not answering us refusing our demands and there were sewer smell and disturbance the customer service was polite and nice when we were new guests, but at the end they stopped even answering us and I forgot my headphones in the room, but they never return it although I asked them to check if anything is missing and they never contacted us and because of one hour late check out they made us pay deposit although they were no guests and at the end of our accommodation, they were really impolite I will never ever book this accommodation again

Location was great, right in the heart of food heaven. Comfy bed, clean cutlery and utensils. Great heating.

Lack of shelving in bathroom and bedside tables and plug sockets.

The room was shabby and dark the bathroom was dirty the tiles were cracked and the paintwork was dirty the fan was full of dirt there were cobwebs coming from the lights the beds were uncomfortable , the plug sockets were behind the beds so could not get to them ,very disappointing ,
