Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Security deposit & lead guest's ID are collected by the Charge Automation app 48 hours prior to arrival, a link will be sent following the booking being made.

The location of the apartment was spot in couldn't be more central very clean and tidy and really enjoyed the tips on were things are in the hallway walls very nice touch

The lock on the apartment door was a but fiddly to actually lock but not really a problem

Location was excellent.

Room was not very clean. 4 dead flies in the room. Dirty floor. What looked like bodily fluids on cushions. Stained sheets. Very dusty. Sink drain was horrible.
