The beds and living room were very nice

Some of the cups were dirty. The noise from the nearby bars was horrendous until 4am on the Friday, 4.30am on the Saturday. No one could sleep.

Great place to stay right near the centre need earplugs for the music from.clubs and pubs but was perfect no noise when there gotton

Some parts needed a good clean cushions on couch covered in stains need new ones or just a quick wash and windows sills need a good wipe down and sliver wear on table needed a clean just small things really wouldn't stop me.from.staying there again I.prob only noticed as I work in contract cleaning x

Place was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Really good location, right around the corner from bold street and concert square.

The radiators weren't very effective and therefore it was a bit cold.

the apartment was not clean, the mattress was dirty and the apartment smells of damp and mold (we were on the top floor)

No lift to the room had to walk up about 30 steps room was freezing asked for a heater more than 5 times eventually got one that didn’t work so the next day we had to go to the reception witch isn’t in the building by the way it’s about a 10 minute walk to ask for another heater. We had to have the oven heat. Shower was broke, water went from cold to hot to cold again every few minutes. The room wasn’t clean dust everywhere such a shame it was my 21st birthday and it just was a horrible experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
