The property was clean, well located and fairly quiet

The property is cheaply fitted out and it doesn’t feel like much care has been put into putting it together. The staff were also very corporatised - impersonal, condescending and generally unhelpful. It is outrageous to have such inflexible rules and charges for check in times and bag drops (which was completely insecure) and yet when we checked in at the check in time the room was still being cleaned. This wouldn’t have been an issue if there was a personable face to the company that runs the apartments.

Liverpool is a vibrant 24 hour city catering to all tastes and the local scousers are just like us mancs very welcomeing and friendly in recieveing me and my missis to this beautiful cultural city and bothe me and my missis love liverpool and the scousers too they are great people i hope one day Manchester and Liverpool will be conected by new building and infrastructure down the ship canal maybe then we could break away from the corrupt government controlled London and South bringing absolute prosperity in over abundance to our two great citys maybe makeing us the capitol of England would not that be great day for everyone involved in the makeing of the New Northern Self Governed By its own Democratically fairly appointed people who may only be involved in the decision makeing processes that govern our two great citys for a restricted term of office i.e.makeing it more fair and just accountable for decisions and policy makeing with only people voted in who can not financailly gain from being in office nor can not financailly influence policy makeing ii.e like the house of lords we that is a united Liverpool and Manchester real democratic metropolis Northern Powerhouse futureistic city could have a house of the real people of theese two Great Cites where we would have no lieing corrupt politicains exploiting decision and policy makeing i.

Nice shower, easy check-out. Location was superb. Supermarkets close by, all sights within 20 min walk. Restaurants, shops, the lovely city center at the doorstep. A small package with detergent, bin bags and sponge ready to use, that was a nice and practical touch.

Check-in process: to pay the deposit we had to go to another office 15 min away from the building. I was told by the staff that if I got to the premise before a certain time there would be someone in the building to let us in, so we arranged our plans in a way we could get there by that time.once we got there, carrying bags and all of that, there was nobody there. We still had to go to that other office. The noise from the pub downstairs is as bad as I’ve seen in other reviews. We slept in the living room in the first two nights and it was bearable, but the last night (Friday) we just didn’t get any sleep. I mean, if you try earpods or something it might work, but I wouldnt stay there again, despite of the great location. Cleanliness: the apartment area was ok on the surface, but it sure needs a deep cleaning. There was no broom or anything to clean the floor either. That would’ve been good, specially for a longer stay. There was one cloth for the kitchen and it was dirty, used by someone else.
