We arrived at the flat and still hadn’t received check in information despite already paying the damage deposit, once in the flat we realised we had been given the wrong room, flat had noodles and other food on sofa and floor, towels were stained yellow with food, bedding was also stained with dirt, manager promised us a refund if we left immediately so we did, we stayed in a hotel for the weekend however they have now come back to us and said they never ordered us the refund and have refused to give us the money back despite us leaving as requested. Do not waste your money on this company, they do not respond and you will be guaranteed to get a different apartment to the one you rented.

The location was brilliant, helpful staff and clean facilities.

Nightclub is below and went on all night, the blind in the front bedroom window didn't fit and could see in from the street.

Location was amazing, right in the city centre close to bars and restaurants. Fairly easy to find and check in.

Photos misleading, much smaller and older in reality. There wasn't enough kitchen ware to make the kitchen a useable space, i.e one very small baking tray. worst of all staff VERY unhelpful. I agreed about a month in advance for them to take a delivery for me (birthday cake for my boyfriend) and they were very happy to do so. On the day when I checked the plan was still ok they were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I had to rearrange everything very quickly. It was stressful and totally unnecessary.

The location of the property was brilliant, super close to the concert square which was perfect for what we needed it for!

Despite the properties brilliant location the apartment itself was disappointing. The apartment definitely had not been cleaned so any decent standard before our arrival with us finding other peoples belongings (headphones, condoms and spare change) in almost all rooms, the majority of glasses and cups being unusable and dirty, plus the place was generally not clean. I also forgot my electric toothbrush at the apartment but after several messages to the team, this has still not been returned; they did reply to say they would look into this and get back to me but after messaging another 2 times, they stopped replying to my messages.
