Near to Lime St station and easy to find, given accurate directions by the staff. Arrival was easy, no issues getting our keys and the appt was ready and exceptionally clean.

The front door had an intercom system and during our stay in the appt our intercom must have been ‘ buzzed’ a dozen times by people trying to get in.

Check in was awful. 15 min walk across town after I had reached the address as you have to go to another building. This is only e-mailed to you afterwards, could have simply given the lockbox code and saved the hassle. Called the phone number provided and no answer, about 7 times. Waited an even longer time at reception when I eventually found it as it wasn't manned and then a longer wait while he tried to find the details for room access, which someone had to WhatsApp across. It took should have been a much easier process but it is badly organised and as a result I was angry and tired by the time I got there. 15 minute walk back as well, half an hour walk and at least 20 mins faffing about. That is 50 minutes to check in, which is unacceptable

Noise was atrocious, right above night clubs but this was not made clear at the time of booking, nor was it reflected in the price. Window glazing does nothing to negate the noise. Went on until 4 am. Nearby shops did not have earplugs, I didn't sleep at all. The phone line didn't work and I didn't want to walk across town full of drunk people alone at night to the reception for it maybe to be manned or not, to ask for another room, which may or may not have been available. Shower also faulty, burning hot and then freezing cold even when left on middle temperature for 15 minutes. Did not sleep or get a shower. None of my needs were met and the 24/7 reception is falsely advertised as this is in another building across town. The receptionist was nice, not his fault but he said the phone hadn't rung despite me showing him the outgoing calls on my phone. £100 deposit a surprise you're only told about after booking as well.

Location was amazing

Bathroom was not clean.

Really spacious, a home from home.

Some of the heaters did not work unfortunately, so it was cold at night.
