Lovely 2-bed apartment *free parking *pool table

- very spacious - the pool table is brilliant fun, a good size and in good condition - well equipped kitchen - nice decor. - A bedroom heater wasn't working but this rectified by the host by purchasing a convection heater and making this available for us to collect from Toolstation.

Some lighting in the kitchen area wasn't working (the ceiling spotlights directly above, and the light on the extractor hood). This made cooking more difficult due to the poor lighting. I had to use my phone torch, with the phone perched on a box next to the hob. My wife felt that the level of cleanliness wasn't great....she cleaned the toilet and kitchen units on arrival and there were cobwebs in the bedrooms. Further suggested improvements are below. -Some instructions for heaters would have been helpful. -screening (that allows light through) or venetian blinds for the bedroom windows would improve privacy. -The TV has Netflix be we couldn't find how to view terrestrial channels (iPlayer app didn't work etc.....this kept saying 'no signal'). Some instructions for this would also be helpful. -Coat hooks mounted on the wall in the entrance hallway would provide easy storage for coats.

It was clean, quiet and beautifully decorated.

Location and directions received from booking.com were wrong and fob was not working. Did not really prefer location.

The host was fantastic. I left behind some items by mistake which had masive sentimental value to me and the host went out of his way to make arrangements for me to get them back, im very very appreciative of that.

Spacious enough fir 6 and clean also found tea and coffee Had problem with hot water owner solved straight away

Sofa beds and double bed need to be more comfortable

The space, comfort, location to city centre, parking space.

A manual would be useful, with instructions about the heating ( which kept turning on ), how to work the television etc. Broken dining chair which one of our party almost fell off ( and which was known to the management ). No bathroom hand towel or kitchen tea towel ( minor issues ).

Neighbourhood very run down, lots of noise at night. Pickup from store met with two tramps outside the shop. Apartment needs some tlc in places

Good location, around 20 mins walk to town and to the waterfront and Albert Docks. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay including a parking space.

An absolutely fantastic apartment for groups, really really nice and spacious and beds are really comfy too. It has everything you need for a stay.
