Lovely 2-bed apartment *free parking *pool table

Very comfy and central with a nice little touch of a pool table

Check in and check out was efficient, large apartment, free parking and close to city center. Host very responsive and friendly.

Lacking of kitchen utensils was an issue as we could not cook as expected. Beds uncomfortable, sofa-bed uncomfortable and small, it fits a child only.

It was so easy to check in and we went on Christmas Day. Everything is clean and spacious, parking was right outside, and the property was on the ground floor right before the front door

The extra bedding for the sofa bed had stain on it, the bedding smell washed but I think they need to be changed now, and the extra duvets have a lot of holes and stains on them.

Excellent location in a secured gated facility. Safe parking adjacent entrance to apartment. Everything we needed in apartment. Very easy to pick up & drop off keys at local shop.

Would benefit from having a 'grab rail' to assist less able people to get in / out of shower / bath, also bath mat. Bathroom extract fan didn't seem to work.

Having to collect/ drop off the keys from a nearby convenience store is an inconvenience. No welcome package with info on public transport, things to do... Overall the unit was dirty, mould patches on the bathtub, dirty stoves and kettle... The furniture was cheap an old, broken sofa and chairs. The main bed is 2 single beds put together and the sheets are too small

Lovely home apartment with perfect location for us :)

Would have been better to have a box to leave the key in then we left instead bringing it to the shop. We left early and were worried to leave the key in the apartment.

This was the first time that I ever chose an apartment over a hotel, and the reason I made the change was cost. Previously, I have assumed that the extra cost in a hotel is met by higher standards. This stay has completely changed my mind. The apartment was much more comfortable than a hotel, and the place was spotless. I can be quite fussy on things like this, but the apartment was immensely clean. The apartment has a pool table which was well enjoyed by all, especially my son, It is within walking distance from the City centre - maybe 20 minutes walk to the waterfront. Parking is no more than 20 yards from the front door of the apartment. The area of Liverpool where this apartment is is undergoing a lot of developments - the apartment blocks are very secure, quiet and within a decent walk of the City centre, or a short car journey, The apartment is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, electric hobs, TV (Netflix included). It is spacious, well decorated, and clean. It is quiet, situated on the ground floor with easy access for anyone with walking difficulties.

Location to the city centre was excellent. We travelled to Liverpool by train and it was within easy walking distance from Like Street Station. The facilities were more than adequate for our family and we felt quite comfortable. The pool table was great fun too!

Even though the accommodation was easily accessible to the city centre on foot, we felt it may have been safer to access it by car. We always walked to and from the accommodation as a group, and would advise others to do the same.
