The apartment was lovely. Clean and excellent location. comfortable beds. Lovely view.

We had issues getting in, our portal wasn't updated, we were outside for 2 hours before we managed to contact anyone. The phone number on booking.com and the portal was incorrect. This was discussed the next with the owner. it was just a disappointing start to our weekend travelling from Sweden and Portugal.

Brilliant location, apartment was great, lovely sitting on balcony with a cup of tea and watching the boats on the Mersey. Views from all windows in the apartment were great. Booked to go again later in the year.

"Lovely, modern apartment with a superb view within minutes of the Albert Dock."

View is fantastic. Modern and comfortable. Nice touches - Rituals toiletries, Nice tea/coffee, cans, water, biscuits. Availability of host by phone. Parking space (although chargeable). Car park next door if more than 1 car.

Code for main door and code for apartment made it a little confusing on arrival. Could maybe be simplified in to one email. But host available straight away by phone to assist.

"Good location, plenty of space, good views, just needed a little maintenance."

Good location with plenty of space.

A little worn in places. The en-suite shower was not working which was not a big issue as we used the other. I did highlight this to the owner during the stay and advised it was not an emergency, however, it should have been picked up during the cleaning between lets.

"The apartment had everything that we required - clean good beds and bedding - flat was very quite on the 10th floor"

Like location was great - what a view. The Biggest bonus was the private parking making our stay very stressful free.

"Great apartment"

Great views of the Liver Building and Mersey river. Spacious, great air conditioning. Very quiet area, away from the bustle of town, but still within walking distance. Access instructions to the building and apartment were clear and simple. Would definitely stay here again.

The pressure of the flushing in the toilets wasn't powerful at all.

Beautiful apartment clean warm and comfortable. Amazing views well equipped. Easily accessible convenient to City centre short walk. Will definitely return.
