Liver View Apartments

Location is good

The apartment is in a poor state, so many minor repairs need attention. Furnishing poor quality, cleanliness not to a high standard. Overall very poor.

The location was perfect and the views from the apartment were excellent. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. Also, lots of little extras in the kitchen were a thoughtful touch.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment.

Nice touches such as layout. Tea and coffee as well.. and spacious , good location.

Sink in bathroom is blocked and doesn’t drain properly. Shower cubicle has parts missing from seal so flooded the floor. The woodwork doors etc ….marks and scratches and stains all over apartment… just looked shabby. Not much storage space for clothes .

good size flat, comfy bed, very clean. well equipped kitchen. Amazing views of the Liver building.

i didn't get the code to get in until 3.15pm on day of arrival and after I'd chased up. There is no contact number for the company if something did go wrong.. There was a constant noise (from the lift i think) and on the second night a constant beeping (i'm guessing an alarm from another flat or building).

Location is great, quality of fixtures & fittings etc was excellent. Thought it was very good value.

We had trouble finding the entry door on arrival, a better description would be helpful, eg saying it was located in the same building as the Malmaison hotel with the entry to the apartment is just around the side. Also, we couldn't book the parking spot because it wasn't clear it needed to be reserved we left it too late before we realised and the parking space was gone. Not a huge problem though as there is a multistorey car park 2 minutes walk away, although it's a bit more expensive.

Liked how close it wad to the cruise terminal.

10th floor apartment with excellent views over the city. Clean and a short walk / scoot into the city centre! Would 100% return.
