Host was nice, it is in a good location 20min walk to anfield

A lot of things, this is the first time I've ever rated anything but 5-star as I'm usually quite forgiving but it was near uninhabitable. Firstly, the photos look good online however they are very carefully taken; there is a lot of unfinished work such as exposed floorboards, random holes and damage as well as paint splatters. The banister on the right hand side near the top is loose so be careful touching the banister for support going up the steps. The taps aren't installed properly in one of the bedrooms as in, they rotate and haven't been fastened in so you have to use two hands to turn on the tap. Each bedroom has an ensuite with a sliding door which hasn't been fastened properly so, instead of sliding they flap open. Lastly but not least in the main bedroom shower, there's a leak in the pipework, it leaks directly into the kitchen as a result it smells of damp and mold; you can see the stains in the roof of damp so this has been an on-going issue. Sadly the house needs a lot of work.

Communication was great and the host was lovely. It suited the needs we had definitely would book again.
