Everything was really good only problem was the stairs for me, as of my arthritis not something I considered at the time. So my fault not the fault of the host.Thank you so much for having us.

The stairs were a problem my health not the house. But there was some things being moved and some redecoration being done but once done should be a lovely house again.

The host was friendly and helpful.

The kitchen got wet from the leaking from the bathroom upstairs.

How clean it was and lovely host.

I stayed at this home stay recently and found the cleanliness to be satisfactory(OKish), and the bed was comfortable. The house owner was friendly.

However, I was quite disappointed by the absence of heating and hot water, which made the living conditions quite uncomfortable. I have contacted house owner but the problem was not resolved. The WiFi speed was slow, with around 70MiB/s downloading speed and only 4MiB/s uploading speed. This made it impossible to upload images via social media. Additionally, there was no mobile data coverage for the Three network. These factors significantly impacted my experience during the stay.

Host was initially friendly and the internet worked well. Kitchen appliances worked.

Sorry to do this but ... when we arrived hostess told us one toilet was not working well and the plumber was coming in 2 days. Well the plumber never came the toilet blocked completely and our friends had to come through our bedroom to go to the bathroom, not ideal especially as the door didn't fit the gap and you could see in each side of it when closed. In the kitchen there were no cutting knives only table ones, no plug for the sink so we took one from the bath (necessary as there is no dishwasher) but then found there was not a tea towel. Later that evening we discovered we only had 2 towels for 4 adults. I messaged the host about this and new tea towels turned up when the plumber didn't but no bath towels. We purchased 2 new ones and a tea towel (haven't yet heard if we may get a refund for this haha). The next day we did some washing only to find there was no airer there was a wire outside but it rained every day. Our bedding had the smell of being washed but not hung out for a few days which was very unpleasant. The house is about 15 minutes from town and there are no shops near by to walk to. During football season you require a parking permit but the host wasn't sure of the details on this. We made do with lack of dinner set a couple of glasses but could not recommend this accomodation.
