Host & Stay - Ropewalks Apartment

Absolutely nothing about this place is good. It was like a crack den in a pissy alley, construction work started at 8am every morning. Spoke to the locals and the construction work is ongoing years

The fridge didn't work. The window had no handle to close it. No reception. Signs in the hallway saying "danger death" To get the key to this apartment is about 15-20mins of a walk in some shop which was extremely inconvenient I was never so scared staying somewhere abroad.

Very tired decor also very noisy windows need sound proofing. All the reviews I looked after I booked said the refrigerator didn’t, which I can confirm had to it off as was so noisy.

Bastante ruidoso en cuanto al vecindario y algo de complicación para llegar hasta el, las instrucciones de recogida de llaves no estaban muy claras.

Great apartment with central location. Spotlessly clean with everything that we needed for our 2 night stay. Tea, coffee, sugar & toiletries were a brilliant wee touch. Iron & ironing board available which we found handy. Hairdryer also available. Very quiet & we all had good night's sleep. There was a bit of a mix up when picking up keys at mini market but phoned host & stay who gave me a new code and was sorted in around 5 mins. Only downside was the temperamental key fob to access the main door. Other than this we were pleased with our stay & will definitely stay again. And would recommend it to others.

Very run down. Broken bath dirty mattresses, trip hazards on the floor separating kitchen and living room floor. Unsteady furniture. Both drawers and wardrobe unsafe. Almost fell on my son. Fridge doesn't work doesn't stay cold.

The location was central that is the only thing going for it.

The building was a complete construction site, collection of the keys was a lot more than a 10 minute walk away, having this to do with your luggage is no joke, the hob was not working the fridge freezer had power but didn't keep things cool, and had a distinct smell of gas when you opened the doors, the cover plate over the joint from carpet to tile was lifted and pieces missing creating a trip hasurd, the house keeper needs serious help and training, the walls in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been wiped down from when the place had been built,
